Project: USAID Northern Montenegro Development

Project Details

As the echoes of conflict still whisper in the Balkans, many pockets want to share their beauty with the world. In northern Montenegro, locals hope to grow a regional, sustainable tourism year round.

With Xola Consulting, we managed and led a cross-cultural team to collaboratively interview and produce content for new web portal that produced 1000+ new reservations (2010-2012). Researched, gathered, and assessed transportation infrastructure data to implement national program to qualify and link accommodation providers on itinerary circuits; added twenty new lodges.

Led five workshops and presentations for international participants and local stakeholders.
